Morten Harket in Songs Across Walls of Separation
The A-ha legend Morten Harket will participate in the performance ”Songs Across Walls of Separation” in Vågen, Stavanger, on September 12th.
The artist will share stage with hundred of children from the Music School, and with actors like Espen Hana and Malin Soli. Also participateing are great singers from Marocco and Palestine.
Morten Harket has in different ways earlier showed commitment to peace work, for one thing he presented the Students Peace Award in 2003. And now he will play a central role in this performance which concerns how conflict and walls are effecting the people who has to live with that.
After the performance there will be a little break and then Morten Harket and his band will have a concert.
